দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৯৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৮,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License.
2. A valid VAT Registration Certificate must be submitted.
3. A Bank Solvency Certificate is required within 6 months from the publication of IFT .
4. A valid TIN Certificate along with an updated Income Tax Return Submission Certificate/Acknowledgement Receipt must be provided.
5. The Tenderer must have a minimum of two (02) years of general experience and specific experience as a Supplier in supplying similar goods, having successfully completed at least one (01) contract within the last five (05) years with a minimum value of Tk. 25 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
6. An Authorization Letter from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor/Dealer/Importer must be submitted. In the case of a Dealer or Importer, Authorization Letter(s) from the Manufacturer or Authorized Distributor in favor of the Dealer/Importer shall be provided.
7. A minimum four (04) years replacement warranty for the battery from the date of delivery must be ensured.
8. A valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of the Manufacturer is mandatory.
9. The Catalogue/Brochure of the offered EVC battery must be submitted.
10. The Tenderer must submit one (01) piece of the offered EVC battery, as per the Technical Specifications, to the PE Office as a non-refundable sample prior to the submission of the tender. The sample receiving copy must be enclosed with the tender documents.
11. The Tenderer must comply with all criteria as stated in the Tender Notice, TDS, PCC, and GCC.
