3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate as a manufacturer..
4. Updated Tax Certificate/ Income Tax Acknowledgement voucher.
5. Bank Solvency Certificate with mentioning minimum Liquid Asset Threshold.
6. Legal documents of the manufacturing industry of the leak repair clamp, i.e., ownership documents of the sole proprietorship/partnership company. If the factory is established on its own land, then the land documents along with a list of necessary machinery used for manufacturing leak repair clamps must be submitted.
7. Valid and updated BSCIC registration certificate as manufacturer of Leak Repair Clamp attested by the appropriate authority.
8. General experience certificate for 02 years.
9. Valid ISO 9001:2015/BS 5750: Part-1/ EN 29001 must be submitted with the tender.
10. Production capacity certificate of at least 15000 Nos Leak Repair Clamp per Year.
