* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Minimum 05 (five) years of General Experience of Supplying goods in Government Sector. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
ii) The minimum specific experience in supply of similar Goods (Hose Pipe or Fita Pipe for Irrigation Scheme) under Single contract, successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 16,25,000.00 (Sixten lakh twenty-five thousand). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iii) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 16,25,000.00 (Sixten lakh twenty-five thousand). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
iv) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
v) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
vi) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
viii) Submission of false or forged documents with the tender is strictly prohibited. If any such documents are found, the tenderer will be recommended for Black List.
