* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) The Transformer Manufacturer/Manufacturer authorization/any other bidder to participate the tender.
(2) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years.
(3) The satisfactory completion of Procurement of 5 KVA or 10 KVA Transformer of minimum 1228000.00(Twelve Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand) taka under the single contract in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 1228000.00 (Twelve Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand). The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 1228000.00(Twelve Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand).
(5) Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 03 (Three) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
(6) Valid & Updated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate;
(7) The tenderer will provide 1 (One) year warrantee certificate.
(8) Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
(9) Standard Test Report from REB or Respective PBS should be Provide along with the Transformer.
