* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e any of kind of Hydraulic structure (Regulator/Sluice Gate/ Foot bridge/Submerged weir/Cross Dam/Box Culvert/Syphon/Cattle Crossing/Water Pass) of value Tk 13.0 (Thirteen) lakh under a single contract within the last 05 years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 12.0 (Twelve) lakh during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased according to field condition/design/ budget allocation so that no claim will be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
Bidders can bid for all tenders in the same package & could be awarded one tender only.
