* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall must submit the following documents with the Tender:
1.Valid Trade License
2. Last 3 years audit report
3. Updated TAX Return Certificate
4.Bank Solvency Certificate
5.Valid VAT/BIN registration Certificate
6.Import Registration Certificate (Where necessary)
7.Certificate: Energy Star Certified Brand
8.Experience Certificate: at least one
9.NID of the Tenderer or Representative
10.The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
11.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Printer and other accessories of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [03] years with a value of at least Tk.60.00 lakh
12.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is: 1500 Units supply or production capacity per year
13.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 80.00 Lakh
14. Original Manufacture's Authorization Letter (MAL) is required. Any Local MAL is not accepted.
