* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall must submit the following documents with the Tender and these documents will be treated as the part of the Tender:
1.Valid Trade License
2.Valid TIN Certificate
3.Updated TAX Return Certificate
4.Bank Solvency Certificate
5.Valid VAT/BIN registration Certificate
6.Import Registration Certificate ( Where Applicable)
7.Experience Certificate
8.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of UPS of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least Tk.30,000,00.00
9.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 50,00,000.00
10. Manufacturer’s Authorization Leter (MAL) is required from OEM. Any local Distributor/Partnership MAL is not accepted.
11. Manufacturer/Dealer/ sole distributor may submit tender but shall have to comply the TDS and Specifications requirements
