প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2.(A) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 05(TFive) years of general experience of the lift .
(B) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing of similar nature works KONE Brand valued not less than Taka 5.30 lakh of Government/ Semi Government in a single tender during the last 03 (three) years The above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by: (i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be Executive Engineer PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(C) Installation experience of the existing lift brand is required.
3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 lakh.in the last 5 (five) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 lakh.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 6.50 lakh.
6.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
i) Valid Trade License
ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
iv) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
v) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Turnover.
