দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence, IT Certificate & Bank Solvency mentoning the requisite Liquid Asset
2. VAT Registration Certificate
3. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis issued within 1 month from the Tender Date and it should include Name & Designation of the Chemist. Technical Scrunity will be done on the basis of submitted CoA.
4. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the specific Column.
5. i) Successful Bidder must supply 250000 (±10) litres Liquid Nitrogen within 6 months & Delivery should be started from the date of issuance of PO.
ii) Normally, Delivery is to be made of 20000-25000 litres per month to CUFL Nitrogen Tank by Bidder’s Bowser/Tanker. This monthly quantity may be increased as per demand of CUFL.
iii) Quantity and Time of Delivery will be fixed as per CUFL’s requirment. Delivery must be confirmed as per requirment. There will be no claim or bargain in this regard.
iv) About 30000 litres Liquid Nitrogen will have to be supplied within 24 hours’ Notice at the time of Plant Shutdown.
v) Genarally, the Liquid Nitrogen is to be supplied on working days but the Holiday may be considerd as Plant emargency.
vi) Supplier should manage Natal Gate themselves to enter or exit the Bowser/Tanker freely.
vii) The delivered Quantity will be measured by CUFL Liquid Nitrogen Reservoir Tank Level Percentage after unloading.
viii) In emergency situation, the Supplier might have to supply Nitrogen directly from Bouser to Production Line and their Bowser needs to stay at CUFL premises for at least 24 hours.
6. Inspection will be made before unloading by Technical Dept. of CUFL.
7. VAT, LD & other Taxes as per Govt. rules will be deducted from the bill.
8. Payment will be made by A/C payee cheque on your submitted bill with MRR issued.
