* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) RCC building including civil, sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1.20 (one point two zero) Crore in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.10 (One Point One Zero) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the ePW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 1.60 (One Point Six Zero) Crore
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 1.20 (One Point Two Zero) Crore. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license and Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License and TDS, PCC, ITT and GCC which should be Followed strictly.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (e-PW2A) of CPTU. *VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate,regardless of the VAT rate specified in the PWD Schedule of Rates,which was used for estimation of this work*
