8. Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted.
9.The tenderer must submit, along with the tender, samples of soybean oil in containers of at least 01 (one) liter each from 02 (two) high-quality brands. It is to be noted that tenders submitted without samples will not be accepted. The supplied containers or packages must display the “Proper Nutrition, Healthy Life” logo. If the samples submitted with the tender are sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, all related expenses shall be borne by the tenderer.
