9.Summer tunic, winter tunic, and blue blazer collars, pocket flaps, and shoulders; full shirt cuffs; and trouser waistbands shall be pasted/fused with imported high-quality cotton fusing. Eyelet work must be done by machine. In addition, shirt plackets and trousers shall be fused/pasted, and double stitching shall be applied at the openings of full-sleeve shirts.
