প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.
2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
4) The tenderer must submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8)
5) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
6) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
7) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from BPPA.
8) If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the tenderer will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
9) The tenderer must submit his documents following the latest instructions and formats of BPPA.
10) If BWDB owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The tenderer will do this at his own cost and arrangement. Interested tenderers are requested to visit the work site and submit their tenders.
11) It is mandatory for the tenderer to submit video and still photographs of the said work in pre-work condition and post work condition. Quality and quantity of the work must be checked by BWDB’s task force committee.
