প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.Only Geo-bag manufacturer company and those firms have manufacturer authorization are eligible this tender.
2) Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
3) The tenderer must submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8)
4) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
5) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from BPPA.
7) The tenderer must submit his documents following the latest instructions and formats of BPPA.
8)Tenderer must be submitted the manufacturer authorization letter for supply of Geobag.
