Reputed construction contractors/firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The Proposed Tender Requires a Tender Security 45.00 Lakh (Fourty five Lakh.)
Having specific experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of building works in/c sanitary, water supply, and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. minimum Tk 1250.00 Lakh in last 5(five) years in any public sector of Bangladesh . [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1700.00 Lakh (Seventeen Crore Only) over the last 5 (five) years (Total 1700.00*5=8500.00 Lakh under public sector ( Eighty Five Crore Only).(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 295,00,000.00 (Two Crore and ninety five Lakh Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 1400.00 Lakh( Fourteen Crore Only)
