This Project of Khulna City Corporation under the Local Government Division, where there will be Multi-storey Press Club Building with relevant service facilities will be Constructed.
Entity would like to engage a consulting firm. The required service includes but not limited to:
(a) To carryout layout plan of the whole site with detailed architectural plans, structural and other relevant engineering design (electrical, plumbing & HVAC) for the project.
(b) To prepare Detail Estimate, BOQ and Tender Documents of the co nstruction contract/s.
(c)To assist KCC in the tendering procedures for selection of contractor/s.
(d) Full time supervision of the project.
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Local firms who have minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in architectural consultancy and having past consultancy experience of at least 1(one) similar in nature building with Multipurpose Hall, conference and meeting facilities etc.of Government or autonomous organization. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of the concerned Dept/Organization.
