1. Manufacturers authorization letter mentioned country of origin of pump should be submitted. The official catalog of Pump must be submitted along with tender.10. The Share of specific experience will be counted as per the business share of JV and as per details of works completed mention in Format PW3-F: Completion Certificate (According to ITT Clause 31.1 (b) specific experience, of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, in construction works under public sector of similar nature and size as stated under ITT Sub Clause 13.1(b), substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) generated from e-GP system or issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s) as per Format PW3-F)
2. According to ITT Clause 31.1 (c) average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector for a period as stated under ITT Sub Clause 14.1(b), substantiated by the payment certificates issued by the Procuring Entity; In case of JV, the business share of the partner shall be taken into consideration to determine the Tenderer’s compliance with the minimum qualifying criteria;

5. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
6. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
7. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. The contractor will pay additional VAT , IT, Customs Duties and any other fees during the work or purchasing goods applied by the Law of Bangladesh government and Manufacturer Countries . The contractor shall not be able to make any claim. The contractor will bear the additional cost of inflation.
8. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various tests shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.
