* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All tenderer must be registered in e-gp portal system.
2) Payment will be made upon availability of fund; no claim will be entertained.
4) VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate.
5) If any type of Structure/Obstrucle is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the tenderer will do this at his own expense.No extra claims will be considered.
6) The tenderer must follow the latest instructions and formats of CPTU.
7) If BWDB owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own expense and planning.
8) It is mandatory to submit video and still photographs of the said work in pre-work and post work condition to PE at contractor'sown cost.
9) The design may be changed/altered/revised (if required) and quantity of tender item may be increased or decreased.
10) Cost of pre work, interim and post-work survey will be borne by the contractor.
11) The work must be executed as per approved design uploaded at tender document.
12) The approved taskforce guideline and Latest Technical specification for civil work of BWDB will govern provided in particular specifications.
13) In addition to BWDB, the consultant of DRMEP project will monitor and check the quality and quantity of executed work.
14) Tenderer/Firm must sign and submit duly filled-in ‘JICA’s Acknowledgement of Compliance (Form ACK) and must state itsfinancial situation in accordance with the Form FIN-1 of JICA’s Bidding Document uploaded at Sec-7 of tender document as per ITT 4.4 and ITT 5.5 respectively.
*** Once the Disaster Risk Management Enhancement Project (Component-1, BWDB Part) (2nd Revised) DPP is approved, the NOA will be Issued.
