* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Establishment of Electrical Equipment as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 Five) years.
2.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in Establishment of 400 KVA Electrical Substation and Related Cother External Electrification works at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years’ experience, each with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 Lakh. in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, Years Counting Backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 125 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. (5*125= 625 Lakh Taka) (Only Payment Certificate are Acceptable). Years Counting Backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset/working capital/credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 85 Lakh in the form of PW2A-8 Format.
5.Minimum Tender Capacity shall be 130 Lakh (One Corer Thirty Lakh) Only.
6. Updated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing board, GoB.
7. Tenderer must Submit Transformer Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
8. Type Test Certificate (Within Last 5 Years From IFT) issued by Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory (IEC Standards) of minimum 500-KVA transformer should be submitted with tender.
9. The Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel any tender. In this case, no claim will be accepted.
10. The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 01 (One) years.
