প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall be a legal entity and shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
The Tenderer shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility or debarment/blacklisting by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh at the time of Tender submission.
The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and Tax Identification Number (TIN), as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and VAT in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall have the required experience, technical capability, and financial capacity as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall have a valid distributorship certificate for the quoted product issued by the manufacturer and shall submit a copy of the same with the Tender.
The Tenderer shall comply with all other eligibility and qualification criteria as specified in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) and Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
