* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years of Construction Works.
(b). The minimum specific experience as Reputed Contractors /Construction firms in construction works under the public sector of at least [01] contract of [repair works (preferably Conservation works)] successfully completed within the last [3] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [14 Lac].
(c). The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk [12 Lac] over the last [03] financial years.
(d). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12 Lac.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: [12 Lac]
(f). A conservator with 12–15 years of experience is required in conservation work. The conservator’s CV must be submitted as proof.
(g). At least 10 skilled laborers with 10–15 years of experience are required in conservation work. A list with their full addresses and phone numbers must be submitted as proof.
(h). After supplying the materials, they will be randomly selected for lab testing. Only materials with satisfactory test results may be used in the work. The contractor shall bear all testing costs.
(i) The Tenderers must submit with their Tender VAT registration certificate, an Up-to-date Trade License, and an Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provided by the Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(j) The procuring entity has the right to receive or reject any part or all of the tender.
