প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years of Construction Works.
(b). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under the public sector shall be at least (01) contract [Conservation Works/Building Repair/ Renovation work] completed within the last 03 years., with a value of at least Tk. 50 lac.
(c). The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk [50 Lac] over the last [03] financial years.
(d). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [55 Lac].
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: [60 Lac]
(f). The Tenderers should have an engineer having a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum 03 years of experience, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field.
(g). After supplying the materials, they will be randomly selected for lab testing. Only materials with satisfactory test results may be used in the work. The contractor shall bear all testing costs.
(h) The Tenderers must submit with their Tender VAT registration certificate, an Up-to-date Trade License, and an Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provided by the Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(i) The procuring entity has the right to receive or reject any part or all of the tender.
