* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have
(i) minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e Construction of Boundary Wall at least minimum value of Tk. 45.00 (Forty-Five) Lakhs in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years.
(ii) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 (Forty-Five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after the Publication date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
(iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lakhs during the last 5 years;
(iv) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
(v) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
(vi) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
(vii) The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (one) lot (if responsive lowest in more than 01 (One) lot).
viii) Submission of false or forged documents with the tender is strictly prohibited. If any such documents are found, the tenderer will be recommended for Black List.
ix) The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
