দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,২৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,২৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Work Experience:
- The tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing news search engine or digital newspaper archive services for government or private organizations.
- The vendor must have successfully completed similar projects for at least three (3) organizations within the last five (5) years.
2. Certifications & Compliance:
- The tenderer must be ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) certified to ensure service quality and data security.
- The tenderer must be a registered member of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
3. Technical Capability & Infrastructure:
- The vendor must have its own news search engine to facilitate efficient retrieval of archived news data.
- The vendor must maintain a digital newspaper archive that includes records of prominent Bangladeshi newspapers.
- The digital newspaper archive must support search functionality by keyword, subject, and category for efficient data retrieval.
4. Software Development & Maintenance Support:
- The vendor must have a dedicated software development team capable of providing development and maintenance support for the archive system.
