* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate of total 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Barrels Transformer oil refining works in any Govt./Semi Govt./PBS/Autonomous organization/ Public limited company in a single or multiple contracts over a period of last 3 (Three) years.
2. The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 13.00 (Thirteen) lakh only over the last 03 (three) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e- GP portal.
4. Tenderer must submit the list of suitable equipments and other physical facilities to measure the following parameters of refined transformer oil:
• Dielectric Strength (Breakdown Voltage)
• Neutralization number
• Power dissipation factor (Tan δ)
• Resistivity in Ohm-cm
• Dielectric constant
• Specific gravity
• Viscosity
• Flash point (at open cup)
• Colour ASTM (D-1500)
5. Tenderer must submit valid License from BERC for procecessing, Storage & Distribution of Transformer Oil.
6. Tenderer must submit Valid Clearence Certificate from ministry of Environment.
7. Tenderer must submit Valid License/contract from Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation for refining of unused/old transformer oil.
8. Tenderer must have valid Trade license,VAT certificate, TIN certificate with Income Tax return certificate/Acknowledgement slip.
9. Join venture/Consortium shall not be eligable for this Tender.
10. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP
