প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must possess the following Qualifications:
1) A satisfactory completion of similar Electro-Mechanical works including Gas Suppression System of at least Tk 30.00 lakh under 01(one) contract over a period of time of last 05(Five) years [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization of Bangladesh shall be required. The Certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 lakh in the form of credit commitment certificate.
4) The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK 34.00 lakh.
