প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid and Up-to-date ABC Category Electrical & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh; Income Tax Clearance certificate from NBR; Import Registration Certificate (IRC) of Bidder; e-BIN Registration Certificate.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar Electro-Mechanical works including Supply and Installation of CCTV System, Pump Motor Set, LT Cables of at least Tk 200.00 lakh under 01(one) contract over a period of time of last 05(Five) years [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization of Bangladesh shall be required. The Certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 290.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100.00 lakh in the form of credit commitment certificate. [must be supported by form PW2a-3 without any alteration. (Format uploaded in section-8)]
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK 225.00 lakh
