কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer: Qualification Criteria:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one( 01) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government /Semi Government/private organization with a value of at least Tk 130.00 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. Any documents other than Work Completion/ Supply certificate will be rejected.
(c)The Minimum Supply and production capacity of manufacturer is 02(two) nos of 600 KVA Sub-station per year.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 120 Lac (In the Form PG 3-8) . Certificate in support of liquid asset or working capital must be issued from the Bank within date of publication and the date of submission of tender. The Credit commitment must be unconditional.
(e)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date PWD license v) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board GOB(vi) Manufacturer's authorization letter (e-PG3-5) only from sole agent for Sub Station.
All other conditions in TDS and PCC.
