* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The Tenderer who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of similar nature of work i.e. Procurement of suction and delivery pipes with related all accessories with a value of Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh under a single contract in any reputed govt/semi-govt/autonomous(govt) within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
2.The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 (Eighteen) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
3.The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
4.Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
5. 5. The bidder must submit sample of 01(One) piece MS pipe with 01(One) meter length, 01(One) nos 90° MS bend, 01(One) nos 45° MS bend and 01(One) nos MS Foot Valve on 16.09.2025 within 5:00 P.M at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
6.Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
