* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years counting backward from the date of publication.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (MS pipes with related all accessories for 5 cusec LLP) of single contract successfully completed within the last 3 years with a value of at least Tk. 190.00 (Taka One Hundred and Ninety) Lakhs are eligible for this tender.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 250.00 (Taka Two Hundred Fifty) Lakhs. Credit line as per e-GP format as proof of minimum amount of liquid assets as mentioned in STD.
4. The Tenderer must enclose Valid Trade license, TIN Certificate and VAT registration Certificate
5. Up to date IRC Certificate
6. Manufacturer Authorization Letter from Manufacturer.
7. Bidder must have to submit sample of MS Pipe 1 pcs (10 Feet), MS Foot Valve 1 pcs, MS 90 Degree Bend 1 pcs & MS 45 Degree Bend 1 pcs on 08.07.2026 within 4:00 P.M at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
08. DVC (Document Verification Code) Audit Report of last (Two) years Must be Submit along With offer.
09. Bidder must have to Submit ISO 9001:2015 Certificate along with offer.
10. The Tenderer must enclose Fire license, Factory License and Bangladesh Agricultural Machinery Merchant Association Membership Certificate.
11. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
