প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of 01 EM Works, Ssuccessfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 30.00 lac.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 57.00 lac over the last 3 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted
along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 30.00 lac.
6. Upto date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for E/M work must be submitted.
7. Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three).
8. Tenderer must submit all necessary documents according to the Notice, TDS & PCC of this tender document.
9. Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
