প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) General Experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 10 (Ten) year's.
(b) Specific Experience : i) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 300.00 lac (Three Hundred lac) , in a single contract. with in the Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK 500.00 lac (Five Hundred Lac ), This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 250.00 lac (Two Hundred and fifty Lac) , Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7).
(e) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
(f) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 350.00 lac (Three Hundred and fifty lac)
(g) Must have updated Trade license, Vat, TIN, BIN certificate
