* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender is open to all Elligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years, with years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works must be at least one contract of 3-storied RCC Building with 4-storied Foundation of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 650.00 (six hundred & fifty) lakh, with years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required average annual construciton turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 (one thousand) lakh over the last 5 (five) years, with years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 300.00 (three hundred) lakh. Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 850.00 (eight hundred & fifty) lakh.
6. The Tenderer must submit up-to-date Trade License, Income TAX Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC/BC Electrical License and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
7. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
8. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
