Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents as evidence to prove the
eligibility of tenderer:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as
Supplier shall be 5 years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (1) contract
successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 06.00 Lakh.
iii) If the Tenderer Quoted Rate is more than 5% Below , the Analysis of Rates shall have to be
submit.
iv) A Tenderer who have incomplete Furniture work(s) in hand under this PE office & not completed
within intended completion time, will not be responsive to award the contract.
v. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 lakh. (Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit Not before 24.08.2025).
vi. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.
