* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৬২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of Furniture at least in 02(Two) Contract successfuly completed in a single work order within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least TK. 180.000 Lakh in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Private organization of Bangladesh.[Copy of Completion Certificate & Work Order Must be Submitted. Bidders who will Submit only work order will not be accepted as eligible.]
(c)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 170.000 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG3-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. Bank statement will not be entertained.
(d) According to CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019 & According to the Letter Memo No : OAM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666; Dated : 24.12.2019 from Office of The Chief Engineer of Education Engineering Department, the tenderer who has not start his/her work/workswithin 7 days from signing Contract or Agreement; or 28 days stop work/works without any acceptable reason or schedule stipulated time has paased away but his/her work/works not yet completed, he/she will not be eligible for this tender notice.
(e) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender.
(f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
