* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Updated Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and proof of VAT submission, and Income Tax Certificates.
5 (Five) or more years of supplying experience of training materials in in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Renowned International NGOs.
Experice of at least 03 (three) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology over a period of last 03 (three) years each with a value of at least of Tk 18.0 (Eighteen) lac in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous/ Renowned International NGOs.
Required average annual turnover at least of the amount of Tk 30 (Thirty) lac over the last three years.
Bank Solvency Certificate and/or lliquid asset/credit line of Tk 15.0 (Fifteen) lac.
Should have its separate own registered office.
