The supplier have to ensure delivery these products in the upazila after inspection and accepted by PE.

* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Updated Trade License, VAT Certificate, and Updated Income Tax Certificates
5 (Five) or more years of supplying experience of similar nature product in Government/state owned/foreign mission/Renowned International NGOs.
Experice of at least 03 (three) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology over a period of last 03 (three) years each with a value of at least of Tk 15 (Fifteen) lac.
Required average annual turnover at least of the amount of Tk 30.0 lac (Thirty Lac) over the last three years
Bank Solvency Certificate and/or Liquid Asset/Credit line of BDT 15.0 (Thirteen) lac.
Should have its separate own/rented office.
