* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 5 (Five) year's.
b) Specific Experience:
     (i)Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works/ RCC Frame structure Works including Civil , Sanitary & Electrification works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.300 (Three Hundred) lakh only in a single Contract.
     (ii) Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting Tk.700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lakh This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years
d) The minimum amount of liquid a ssets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 225  (Two Hundred & Twenty Five)Lakh . Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7).
e)Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical Supervisory Licences, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate & Trade licence.
f) Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
g) The Tender capacity shall be Tk.325.00 (Three  Hundred and Twenty five) Lakh.
h) Other eligibility and requirements are shown in the TDS of the tender.
