দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(Three) years of general experience.
b) Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least supplying of 01 (one) number household goods of similar nature of Tk. 2.00 (Two ) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.00 (one ) Lac.
d) The Tenderer must possess:
e) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
f)Warranty Certificate of all supplied goods
g)Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
