* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A satisfactory completion certificate of Electrical /Electronic machineries/Surge generator machine repairing works under govt/semi govt/Autonomus organization/ Public limited Company amounting not less than taka 2,50,000.00 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/work order within last 5 (Five) years shall be required.
02. The minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be taka 3,50,000.00 (Three Lac fifty thousand) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-gp Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitement for banks undertaking for line of credit (form PW2-7).
03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be: 1,50,000.00 (One Lac fifty thousand) over last 3 (three) years.
04. The minimum capacity shall be: 3,50,000.00 (Three Lac fifty thousand) only
05. Tenderer Must submit valid trade liecence.
06. Tenderer must submit updated VAT certificate, TIN certificate with updated income Tax return certificate/Acknowledgement slip.
07.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
08. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
