প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
b) Minimum specific experience as prime contractor in at least single contract of similar nature of works under Government/ Semi-government/ Autonomous organisations amounting Tk 4 Lakh (Four lakh only) within last 5 years.
c) Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Trade License.
d) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 8 Lakh ( Eight Lakh) over the last 5 (five) years..
e) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 6 Lakh (Six lakh only) only as prescribed in Form PW3-7 (Original copy only).
f) The minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk 6 Lakh (Six Lakh only).
