* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum General Experience in the construction works shall be 7 (Seven) years*
b) Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor shall be completion of at least 1 (one) contract of similar works completed within last 5 (Five) years* with a value of at least Tk 5,60,000.00 (Five Lakh Sixty Thousand) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization.
c) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during last 5 (Five) years* of Tk 28,00,000.00 (Twenty Eight Lakh) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years* with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.
d) Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 7,70,000.00 (Seven Lakh Seventy Thousand) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.
e) Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 5,60,000.00 (Five Lakh Sixty Thousand). The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreements, up to date payment certificates for all contracts. In case of JV, copy of agreement between leading and other partner shall be required.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit up to date Trade License, up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.
