* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT/BIN Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade License.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/Supplying of Manpower as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (outsourcing of driver) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lac.
d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form & must be unconditional) of Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac. Otherwise Tenderer will be Non-responsive.
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f) The Tender Capacity is Tk. 8.00 (Eight) lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
g) Driver's salary must not be less than Tk 17992/-(Ref: As per order of ministry of finance vide memo-07.00.0000.000.153.99.0001.21-178; date-15.04.2025) . Otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.
h) Service commission must not be less than 5%. (Ref: As per order of CPTU vide memo no- 21.00.0000.363.22.992.18-143; date- 17/07/2019)
i) VAT must be 15% on salary & service commission.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
