* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 300.00 Lakh
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 500.00 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW3-7 of the Tenderers shall be Tk 170.00 Lakh.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk 375.00 Lakh.
(6) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Trade License
(ii) TIN Certificate
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(7) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
