দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of building construction works of minimum BDT 40.00 (Forty Point zero) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 (Three) financial years of BDT 30.00 (Thirty point zero) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 40.00 (Forty Point Zero) Lac in the form PW3-7.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 56.00 (Fifty Six Point zero) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.
(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
