* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০,০০০,০০০ ~ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years
(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of RCC Multistoried building of minimum BDT 330 (Three Hundred Thirty) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/division under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 550 (Five Hundred Fifty) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT BDT 150 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac in the form PW2a-8 (Failing to submit in form PW2a-8 will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 350 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lac. To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must submit list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderers must submit Up-to-date trade license, valid VAT Registration certificate, Up-to-date TIN certificate, Up-to-date ABC Contractory and supervisory License, List of Equipment and key Personnel.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled.&
