* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
a) A minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger Lift and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lift) of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years each with a value of at least Tk. 45.00 lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A).
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 55.00 Lac issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8)]
d) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is 02 No. Passenger Lift per year over the last 05 (Five) years.
e) Upto-date valid Trade License, VAT Certificate (BIN), Update income tax clearance.
f) Uptodate B, C class Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.
g) Manufacturer Authorization as per TDS
h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS & Tender documents.
