* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mention below :
(a) General experience: Reputed firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experiences.
(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of similar nature work amounting minimum TK 18.00 Lac of Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years.
(i) in case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(c) Manufacturer Authorization/ Sole agent document and availability of the spare parts of the existing brand.
(d) Site visit report (approved and signed by concerned engineer) for proper understanding of the work, work plan and experience of working in such reserved sites.
(e) Average annual construction turn over during the last five years in Taka 25.00 lac.
(f)The minimum amount Liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank TK 20.00 Lac by Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3) Only.
(g) Updated Trade license, VAT Registration(BIN) and Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(h) Updated ABC/BC/C Electric Contractor and Supervisory license from licensing board.
(i) All Other qualification, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents must be submitted with the tender
