দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৮,২৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৪,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫৪,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum supply value of goods under a single contract (in similar work) in the last five years is Tk. 70% of the quoted price.
b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 70% of the quoted price
c) A sample copy of each item must be submitted to the PE office (Planning, Development and Works Office, JnU) along with the tender application
d) The organization participating in the tender must have its own press
e) The university committee will inspect the Press of the preliminary selected bidder.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Purchase Receipt of Tender Document
ii) Performance Statement of the capital equipment in Bangladesh (If any)
iii) Supplier’s Experience Certificate
iv) Affidavit of Ownership of the firm where applicable
v) VAT Registration Certificate
vi) Bank Solvency Certificate issued in the current year
vii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Number up to date
viii) Up to date valid Trade License
ix) Required Tender Security
x) Catalog/Brochure (where applicable)
• Of the goods fail to be delivered on time as per the Contract, the authorities may confiscate the security deposit.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time without assigning any reason.
