কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯০০,০০০ ~ ২,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum supply value of goods under a single contract (in similar work) in the last five years is Tk. 60% of the quoted price.
b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is
Tk. 70% of the quoted price
c) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 27000.00 (Twenty-seven thousand) in the form of PG/Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Treasurer, Jagannath University
d) All instruments have to be installed, operated and maintained by the bidder cost.
e) Tenderer must submit instrument’s catalogue and manufacturer authorisation certificate.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Purchase Receipt of Tender Document
ii) Performance Statement of the capital equipment in Bangladesh (If any)
iii) Supplier’s Experience Certificate
iv) Affidavit of Ownership of the firm where applicable
v) VAT Registration Certificate
vi) Bank Solvency Certificate issued in the current year
vii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Number up to date
viii) Up to date valide Trade Licence
ix) Required Tender Security
x) Catalog / Brochure (where applicable)
